Document Translation
The Quality Control Process we apply to written translations includes several rounds of proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, good idiomatic language, completeness and correct formatting.
Our translation services include initial linguistic review, translation by a professional translator, editing and proofreading by a second, and often third translator with subject matter expertise prior to formatting and layout. This is a four step process, performed by multiple linguists to ensure accuracy.
For documents to be considered 'certified', we work with only translators who have passed professional exams in the field of translation in the country of their residence or are government authorized translators. Accompanying any certified translation is a notarized certificate of translation accuracy stating the qualifications of the translator and sealed by a notary. These translations can be provided in hard copy or electronic file.
